Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT and communications technology solutions.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
