Your customer-facing skills will be essential in communicating this connection effectively, and you will partner with multiple technical and executive audiences. Additionally, you will have the technical skills necessary to build demos, complete proof-of-concepts, and map RFI/RFP requirements to our solutions. This position reports to the VP of Enterprise Sales. The SevenRooms Revenue team is dedicated to redefining and reshaping the hospitality industry for restaurant operators globally. Our team is curious and solutions-driven, working collaboratively across the organization to move projects forward. In this role, you will facilitate a collaborative environment by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to support and close deals, as well as assist in onboarding clients to go live. You will manage post-contract handoff to the implementation teams, ensuring they are set up for success and have a smooth implementation. Engaging with strategic customers, you will understand their goals and setup, building project implementation plans to ensure success with SevenRooms. You will also provide how-to's and document walk-throughs of API and technical information to prospects and current customers, translating their needs back to Engineering and other team members. Leading discovery sessions to identify goals and workflows will be part of your responsibilities, guiding discussions on how SevenRooms products can help achieve those goals. You will create and own Statements of Work (SOWs) while collaborating with various teams to define work, cost, and timelines, and partner with Product Managers on any required enhancements. Building relationships with partners internally and externally will be key, as well as working with Partnerships to manage relationships with third parties such as POS, Payments, and Online Ordering. Lastly, you will lead RFI/RFP documentation that highlights the SevenRooms product to prospective clients and partners.
