Participation in trade shows and association meetings is expected to promote the company's interests and cultivate current accounts. Furthermore, the role includes conducting product presentations and training sessions, both internally and externally, to ensure that all stakeholders are well-informed about the products and their applications. Technical support is a significant aspect of this role, as the Sales Engineer will provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance via telephone and in the field, ensuring that technical product information is conveyed effectively to non-technical individuals. The position also involves capturing product feedback for the product management team, designing modifications to existing products, and preparing necessary documentation for production and assembly control. The Sales Engineer will work closely with factory resources to fulfill customer orders and address any product concerns or complaints, ensuring that corrective actions are taken as needed.
