About the position

The ideal candidate must possess a good working knowledge of industrial contacts in the Power Generation Industries, Oil & Gas, and Chemical Refining sectors. They should be well-versed in sales within the industrial world and have experience selling field services. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in using computers and relevant software programs. A high mechanical aptitude is necessary, enabling the candidate to think critically and make informed decisions in response to changing conditions. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a desire and willingness to learn the specifics of the business across different industry sectors, ensuring they can effectively address client needs and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and hunting for new accounts in target markets.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of proven sales experience in relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of HRSG, turbines, compressor boilers.
  • Preferred college degree in a technical or engineering field.
  • Existing contact list of power plants is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use computers and programs effectively.
  • High mechanical aptitude and decision-making skills.
