They play a vital role in securing and renewing orders while arranging for product delivery. Continuous learning is essential, as attending company training seminars to become familiar with product lines is a key part of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Train team members in the customer applications of technologies.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Report to supervisors about prospective firms' credit ratings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and promote the sale of company products.

  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
  • Attend company training seminars to become familiar with product lines.
