About the position

The Sales Engineer role is focused on leveraging managerial and sales expertise to explore business opportunities and foster strong client relationships within the cooling tower industry. The position requires a candidate who can effectively lead a team, develop strategies for client acquisition, and maintain a robust understanding of technical aspects related to cooling tower systems.

Responsibilities

  • Get familiar with the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cooling tower systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in cooling tower projects or water treatment-related work.
  • Extensive experience and connections in the cooling tower-related industry.
  • Experience in sales of Axial fan blade used in cooling towers in high temperature industries.
  • Familiarity with the working principles and common issues of cooling towers.
  • Experience in project management, capable of effectively allocating resources, managing budgets, and time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading and training teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge and experience in business development, marketing, and sales projects.
  • Experience in managing environmental and energy-saving projects.
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies, trends, and competitive products in the industry.
