Responsibilities
- Identify and meet potential customers and open new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate on sales strategies with the Senior Sales Director.
- Participate in exhibits, forums, and events.
- Support Global Managers in visiting key clients and organizing visits with clients to company facilities.
- Consult on company needs, identify customer requirements, and recognize initial solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications to provide a primary solution to the company's engineering team.
- Prepare commercial proposals and pricing strategies with a commercial support team.
- Present solutions and offers to potential customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Handle the project sales cycle from start to finish.
- Relay market developments and future requirements to Global Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector (required).
- Experience consulting and selling on large projects (required).
- Professional Engineer certification (preferred).
- Fluency in Spanish (1 year of experience required).
