About the position

As a Sales Engineer at LogRocket, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our sales and customer success teams and our prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in initial discovery calls and customer onboarding, ensuring that potential clients understand the value of LogRocket's offerings. You will work closely with these customers to communicate and demonstrate how our product can address their specific needs and pain points. This involves answering technical questions and providing insights into how LogRocket can enhance their user experience through our innovative technology stack. In addition to customer interactions, you will become an expert in LogRocket's product and technology stack, which includes familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Redux, and Angular. You will also lead on-premise installations, ensuring that our solutions are seamlessly integrated into our customers' environments. Your role will require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment, making your contributions vital to the success of our clients and the overall growth of LogRocket. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about improving user experiences through technology. Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales and Customer Success team with initial discovery calls and customer onboarding
  • Work closely with prospective customers to clearly communicate and demonstrate LogRocket's value proposition
  • Answer technical questions for prospective and current customers
  • Identify customer pain points and position LogRocket as a solution
  • Become an expert in LogRocket's product and technology stack
  • Lead On-Premise installations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales Engineer experience
  • Familiar with React, Redux, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud providers, preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience problem solving and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment
