About the position

As a Sales Estimator at Molly Maid, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and professionalism. This position offers training and opportunities for advancement, allowing you to work flexible hours without the burden of nights, weekends, or holidays. You will be responsible for delighting customers through a proven sales process and exceptional communication, all while being a brand ambassador for Molly Maid. The role includes meeting with warm leads, providing price quotes for cleaning services, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotes for Molly Maid cleaning services to warm leads in their homes and over the phone.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Close the loop on any open estimates or sales, ensuring personal relationships with customers are maintained.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Available to work 40 hours a week.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior customer service, sales, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
