About the position

The Sales Executive for Amazon RCM will lead the day-to-day outsourced services for revenue cycle sales, focusing on sourcing and acquiring new business. This role requires a strong ability to communicate Amazon RCM's vision effectively to clients and prospects, driving growth and market expansion through established networks and industry knowledge. The position involves setting objectives aligned with organizational goals and tackling challenges with enthusiasm and urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and acquiring new RCM services business from mid-sized medical groups, healthcare providers, and other organizations
  • Developing relationships with healthcare providers already partnered with Amazon, who have RCM service needs
  • Bringing a highly connected and proven network of healthcare providers to facilitate new business acquisition
  • Leveraging experience in selling physician revenue cycle management services and solutions
  • Building and scaling a new organization and team from the ground up
  • Utilizing Salesforce (SF) and other sales tools to manage the pipeline and drive growth
  • Continuously prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business deals
  • Partnering with internal teams to onboard new clients and deliver successful outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and evolving client needs to identify new opportunities
  • Contributing to the development of innovative revenue cycle solutions and services

Requirements

  • 10+ years of healthcare industry experience in sales, client services, and RCM services/technology
  • Proven track record of building and growing business within physician groups or physicians, doc office practice or telehealth companies
  • Experience in selling or managing RCM services, with a preference for offshore RCM expertise
  • Active membership in relevant trade organizations such as HFMA, MGMA, etc
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the capacity to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share within the healthcare provider industry
  • Ability to successfully navigate a multi-faceted, fast-paced, and dynamic environment to reach company goals
  • Excellent public presentation and interpersonal skills, coupled with proficiency in PC-based tools and applications
  • Self-driven with the ability to generate new leads from physician groups
  • Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) services and underlying technology platforms
