About the position

The Sales Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting sales executives by managing various administrative and operational tasks. This position allows sales executives to concentrate on strategic selling and nurturing client relationships, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for sales executives.
• Manage calendars to prioritize appointments and ensure seamless time management.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed for sales meetings.
• Process expense reports.
• Communicate with clients on behalf of the sales team to arrange meetings, follow up on inquiries, and confirm orders.
• Support the onboarding process for new associates, providing them with relevant information and materials.
• Assist the sales team with spreadsheet analysis for specific sales situations and projects.
• Update customer and Broker agreements per direction from the sales team.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, like marketing, finance, and customer support.
• Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring all details are managed.
• Gather market data and competitor insights to support the sales team in refining their approach.
• Monitor industry trends to provide sales executives with valuable information.

Requirements

• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Excel formatting and formulas, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of sales processes and client relationship management is a plus.
