About the position
Cenero is seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Audio Visual and Unified Communications to drive new business and manage existing accounts. This role is focused on establishing relationships with mid to large companies, particularly those with multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the audiovisual or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business using full-cycle methodologies including identification, qualification, positioning, competitive analysis, and closing timelines.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through exceptional sales and relationship-building skills.
- Uncover organizational goals and explain how Cenero can help achieve them.
- Develop, execute, and deliver quality solution-focused client presentations at a C-level.
- Engage in relevant community, trade, and professional organizations.
- Maintain a positive work attitude and strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- 3-5 years of successful B2B AV or AV-IT sales experience.
- Proven ability to listen and leverage resources to provide customer solutions.
- Ability to learn technical products and apply new knowledge effectively.
- Experience in identifying and building relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.
- Superior time management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Challenger Sales Training is a plus.
- Audiovisual installation and venue/event management experience is preferred.
- Applicable manufacturer training and certifications are preferred.
