About the position
Cenero is seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Audio Visual and Unified Communications to drive new business and manage existing accounts. This role is focused on establishing relationships with mid to large companies, showcasing the company's solutions, and differentiating Cenero from competitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to engage with decision-makers at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business using full-cycle methodologies including identification, qualification, positioning, competitive analysis, and closing timelines.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through exceptional sales and relationship-building skills.
- Uncover organizational goals and explain how Cenero can help achieve them.
- Develop, execute, and deliver quality solution-focused client presentations at a C-level.
- Engage in relevant community, trade, and professional organizations to enhance business opportunities.
- Maintain a positive work attitude and strong work ethic in a team-centric environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- 3-5 years of successful B2B AV or AV-IT sales experience in audiovisual or related industries.
- Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to provide customer solutions.
- Ability to learn technical products, services, and solutions quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior time management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Challenger Sales Training certification is a plus.
- Audiovisual installation and venue/event management experience is preferred.
- Applicable manufacturer training and certifications are preferred.
