About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions – Fort Myers is seeking a motivated, early-career B2B Sales Executive eager to grow quickly and earn impressive rewards. The position requires at least 2 years of B2B or high-activity sales experience and thrives in a dynamic, results-focused environment. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, involving field work to connect with decision-makers, build relationships, and win new business. Support from a dedicated team is provided to foster rapid growth and success. Realistic first-year earnings of $130K+ are possible, with opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally with your most recent role involving outside sales.
  • Excellent skills in prospecting and growing a sales territory.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, with strong attention to detail for entering and organizing sales data.
  • Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales deals.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that thrives on challenges.
  • Well-organized and able to follow a clear sales process to guide clients from prospecting all the way to closing.
  • Excellent communication skills, whether you're presenting to a group or having a one-on-one meeting.
  • Proven ability to work well with teams, coordinating with operations and marketing to deliver the best results.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Spot and connect with potential clients.
  • Kick off the sales journey by setting up appointments, understanding account needs, and delivering engaging initial presentations.
  • Close deals by building strong relationships, clearly explaining our services, addressing any concerns, and finalizing agreements.
  • Dedicate at least 20 hours each week to prospecting new opportunities.
  • Effectively use and keep your customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date with all client information.
  • Keep your Hot 25 list in the CRM current and well-managed.
  • Foster a positive and friendly work environment by communicating and interacting respectfully with clients, teammates, and supervisors.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, as directed by management.
