About the position

The Sales Executive position at Lovitt & Touché involves negotiating, selling, and managing relationships with both new and existing clients in the commercial insurance sector. This role emphasizes sales performance and fiscal responsibility for insurance accounts, while fostering community connections to enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, sell, and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Engage in community and business situations to connect with prospective clients.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with prospective clients for their insurance needs.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Executives and support teams to market new accounts.
  • Retain existing accounts while meeting new account production standards annually.
  • Manage account receivables effectively.
  • Gather and assign information necessary for the renewal marketing process.
  • Stay updated on insurance coverages of existing accounts to maintain credibility and provide technical support.
  • Establish a regular schedule for client visits to review coverages and contracts.
  • Conduct business in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Attend onsite and offsite client meetings as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Strong financial aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
