About the position

The Virtual Sales Executive In House is responsible for presenting Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to current and potential owners, aiming to generate maximum net sales volume while upholding the company's professional and ethical standards. This role involves working both remotely and in-office, participating in training and meetings, and ensuring compliance with sales processes and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to owners and potential owners.
  • Generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining professional representation of the company.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
  • Participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings via virtual platforms.
  • Ensure sales are closed and sustained through the CRM process.
  • Maintain a professional work-from-home environment free of distractions.
  • Follow through on all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and communicating findings to leadership.
  • Maintain training and compliance requirements via HGV Training platforms.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and coachability.
  • Capability to deliver on stated goals and objectives of the role.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and compliance requirements.
