About the position

The Sales Executive for LoopNet Digital Advertising in Houston, TX, is responsible for driving advertising revenue through consultative sales methods and building long-lasting relationships with clients in the commercial real estate sector. This role involves developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, leveraging Group's extensive property data, and utilizing proprietary analytic tools to demonstrate return on investment. The position requires a strong focus on customer support and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.
  • Prospect new clients using Group's extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across LoopNet to drive sales revenue.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends within the specific market territory.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients, which may require travel by car and potentially outside the local area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  • A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience in commercial real estate or digital advertising/marketing.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-focused environment.
  • Current and valid driver's license or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building long-term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C-Suite level clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations in a high-growth company.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team.
