About the position

The Sales Executive role at Randox Laboratories involves promoting and selling medical diagnostic testing services, specifically focusing on Randox Toxicology products. The position is based in Oakland, California, and requires a combination of fieldwork and remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and maintaining knowledge of the product portfolio and competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed sales targets in a specified geographical region and product group.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Randox products and competitor offerings.
  • Utilize the Randox CRM system daily to track sales activities.
  • Provide reports on sales activities, including follow-ups and new clients.
  • Complete a specified number of customer meetings per week.
  • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Plan, organize, and attend scientific meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Qualified to at least degree level in a Life Science or Business field.
  • A valid and clean US driving license with access to a vehicle.
  • A valid right-to-work in the US.
  • Previous sales experience or experience in a biology environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
  • An existing network within the drug rehabilitation sector in California.
