About the position

The Sales Executive / Solutions Consultant role at ClearPath Connections is designed for a high-energy individual focused on customer relationships within the senior living and multi-family marketplaces. This position involves developing new customer relationships and managing existing ones, with a strong emphasis on telephony and communication systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's growth while ensuring the safety and efficiency of organizations that serve seniors and healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a successful sales funnel and grow existing partnerships with customers.
  • Become an expert on the company's portfolio of solutions including nurse call, access control, wander management, and video surveillance solutions.
  • Attend regional trade shows to network with customers and prospects.
  • Participate in market-affiliated groups for networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with ClearPath's sales, management, and operations teams to serve customers effectively.
  • Identify challenges and turn them into opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to enhance efficiency and customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in business-to-business sales or customer relationship building in the telephony, acute, or long-term care industries.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of decision-makers and influencers.
  • Background in selling telephony and communication systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the needs of the long-term, acute care, and multi-family industries is preferred.
  • Experience selling to medium and large size businesses.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and professionally persistent.
  • A sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Tigerpaw, or other CRM tools.

  • Experience in the telephony and communication systems industry.
