Responsibilities

  • Convert prospective owners into purchasers using effective sales techniques.
  • Develop relationships with prospective owners through referrals and leads.
  • Cater the sales experience to individual needs and preferences of potential owners.
  • Complete the sales contract process ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • Maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
  • Answer owner questions regarding properties and amenities, and provide recommendations.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from owners to generate new business.
  • Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.
  • Conduct sales presentations following the Consultative Sales Process.
  • Establish trust with prospective owners throughout the sales process.
  • Customize sales presentations based on the needs of prospective owners.
  • Provide tours of the Sales Gallery, Property, and Model specific to the sales distribution site.
  • Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to prospective owners.
  • Ensure all required/legal paperwork is signed and notarized during the sales process.
  • Respond to and monitor the resolution of customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Nice-to-haves

  • One year of related experience preferred.
