We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Neo Digital Industries. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute our go-to-market strategy with potential clients.
  • Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client experience.
  • Visit the facilities of potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts for software implementation projects.
  • Report and contact directly to the C-Level of the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sectors for B2B.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with strategies for lead generation.
  • Previous experience in selling software for manufacturing companies is highly recommended.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking performance.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
