About the position

The Sales Executive at Commerce Pundit is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the eCommerce sector. This role involves qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, and attending trade shows, while utilizing CRM tools for tracking sales activities. The position requires a strong focus on client relationships and strategic thinking, with a customer service approach. The Sales Executive will work in a hybrid model, spending three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Implement BANT qualification to ensure leads are effectively qualified.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop a comprehensive lead generation strategy, including attending events and trade shows.
  • Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans for sales activities, including budget and travel estimates.
  • Oversee the budget for traveling and attending events to maximize ROI.
  • Provide weekly performance reports covering sales performance, pipeline status, and achievements.
  • Manage CRM tools to accurately track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Requirements

  • 6 years of sales experience, with 5 years in Magento and lead generation.
  • 3 years of business development experience.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in new business development, lead generation, and business communication skills.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools (e.g., FreshSales) for managing leads.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing services.
  • Exceptional capability to adapt, multi-task, and prioritize in a dynamic sales environment.
