Sales Executive

About the position

The Sales Executive at Old Republic Title is responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence in the title and escrow services sector. This role involves developing strategies to procure new business, maintaining existing relationships, and promoting the company's services to clients. The position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven sales track record, particularly in real estate or the title industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to procure new business.
• Service and support the maintenance of existing business.
• Grow market share within an assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote the company's marketing tools and resources to clients and potential customers.
• Meet with customers both in-person and virtually to promote the company and increase revenue.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience is required.
• Experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus.
