Responsibilities

• Educate customers on how to use Samsung products and services.
• Enhance the customer experience by assisting them throughout their journey in the store.
• Manage phone systems effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain merchandise display standards according to planograms.
• Retain knowledge of current promotions, trends, and store inventory.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Welcome customers and offer assistance courteously.
• Direct customers to displays and demonstrate technologies.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building their confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales activities.
• Ensure work station is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of retail selling experience in a high-velocity environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Retail and mall experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Chinese/Korean/Spanish) speaking is a plus.
