About the position

The Sales Finance Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Retail Sales organization for both Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Warehouse operations across multiple companies. This position focuses on system setup and maintenance for retail execution activities and trade programs, as well as data enrichment within the Exceedra/AFS application.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Sales organization for DSD and Warehouse operations.
• Create and manage online retail solution tools.
• Set up, edit, or change key fields in the sales tool.
• Update account authorized listings by account and/or product.
• Update existing resource center documents.
• Identify and create unique customer or product groups.
• Monitor multiple web-based online interfaces.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Lead team meetings on existing priorities and key focus activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects.
