About the position
The Sales/Finance Manager at Whitted Inc. is responsible for driving sales through in-home appointments with homeowners interested in home improvement services. Responsibilities
- Run 10-15 prequalified appointments per week with homeowners.
- Educate customers on financing services offered by the company.
- Provide estimates for various home improvement services.
- Sign contracts with customers in a confidential manner.
- Earn referrals from satisfied customers.
- Learn to self-generate leads for potential sales.
- Become a professional in residential and commercial construction sales.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Experience in sales is highly preferred but not mandatory.
