Responsibilities
- Run 10-15 prequalified appointments per week with homeowners interested in restoration services.
- Educate customers on financing services offered by the company.
- Provide estimates for various services related to restoration.
- Present financing options to customers and assist them in understanding their choices.
- Sign contracts in confidentiality with customers after agreements are reached.
- Earn referrals from satisfied customers to generate new leads.
- Learn to self-generate leads for potential sales opportunities.
- Become a professional in residential and commercial construction sales.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Experience in sales is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
