About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial and fleet account clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical or technology sales, particularly in B2B interactions, and will play a crucial role in driving business development opportunities within the San Antonio Area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the market.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to establish sales goals and strategies for territory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets regularly.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Experience in business development is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results.
