About the position
The Sales Floor Manager / Closer is responsible for leading and energizing the sales team in a high-paced automotive sales environment. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to manage team dynamics effectively to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the sales team on the sales floor.
- Set the tone and energy for the sales environment.
- Understand and implement the road to the sale process.
- Engage with customers to facilitate sales and build relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in automotive sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
- Ability to motivate and energize a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
