About the position

The position involves leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions within a large enterprise, focusing on solution architecture and analysis engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, particularly the financial services cloud, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer executives and offshore teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively communicated and met.

Responsibilities

  • Implement deep business knowledge of Salesforce Lightning to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement.
  • Engage in high-level business discussions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer executives and the offshore team.
  • Lead the implementation with responsibility for delivering architecture designs and solution strategy.
  • Gather and transform business needs and requirements, communicating them back to the offshore team.
  • Build trusting relationships with major project stakeholders and guide them towards adopting the best solution.
  • Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met.
  • Ensure the solution is scalable and can support growth from one customer to one million customers seamlessly.

Requirements

  • 7 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
  • Experience with agile development (Scrum practice).
  • Implementation knowledge of Salesforce products, particularly financial services cloud and APIs.
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including application design architecture and development using Salesforce.com.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce developer.
  • 2+ years of experience on Community Portal, Mobile Publisher, and AppExchange evaluation/installation solutions.
  • Experience with service industry and CRM implementation.
