About the position

As a Sales Inspector at Orkin, you will leverage your competitive drive and sales skills to provide top-notch termite protection services to homeowners. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, making strategic recommendations, and building trusted relationships with customers. With a focus on maximizing financial potential through uncapped commissions, you will also benefit from comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify pest issues.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to recommend pest solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home and make recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
