About the position

As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will leverage your competitive drive and sales skills to help homeowners protect their properties from pests. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, making strategic recommendations, and building trusted relationships with customers. With comprehensive training provided, no prior industry experience is necessary, and you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and participate in annual rewards trips for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify pest issues.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to recommend pest solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and following up on assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and make recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
