The Sales Instructional Designer will enhance the skills of our sales professionals through various resources, including audio, printed materials, video, and web-based platforms. The role requires a creative and analytical approach to develop effective course content and materials, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. In this position, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials, including facilitators' and participants' guides tailored for our sales programs. You will utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to develop engaging presentations that will be used in training sessions. Additionally, you will document the appropriate delivery methods for trainers and create high-level course design documents that outline the objectives and structure of the training programs.
