Our Sales Organization is seeking talented interns to support TikTok's monetization efforts across various functions. This high-growth team collaborates with brands of all sizes, empowering them to connect with their audiences through authentic TikTok content. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, we assist our clients in rethinking their marketing strategies. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable exposure and experience in multiple areas, including business prospecting, campaign ideation and creation, and ad insights and analysis, all at the forefront of digital marketing. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025, which aims to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok are designed to provide students with practical experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant mix of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for interns to explore. Here, you will apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks, beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates: Monday, May 12; Monday, May 19; Tuesday, May 27 (Memorial Day May 26); Monday, June 9; or Monday, June 23. We will prioritize candidates who can commit to these start dates, and applicants should clearly state their availability in their resumes. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered in the order they apply. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage early applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ad campaign execution and performance, generate insights on content trends, and ensure brand safety for ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with BPMs and CSMs on RFP responses, campaign ideation, and campaign execution with sales and account leads.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on ad campaigns and campaign reporting to identify potential operational inefficiencies and explore new workflows and best practices.
  • Compile post-campaign recap reports, deliver campaign insights and learnings, and share with the client as well as the wider sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with ad account creation, tagging, and operation.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude.
  • Enjoys developing solutions to increase day-to-day work efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to make a significant impact on the sales organization and the wider business.
  • Knowledge of and passion for digital marketing and sales operations.
  • Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity.
