The Ad Data Solutions team plays a crucial role in accelerating the growth of TikTok's Global Business Solutions-North America organization through precise data, prescriptive analytics, and predictive insights. This team is focused on shaping the future of measurement at TikTok, ensuring that our activities are benchmarked holistically across various products, commercials, and programs. As an intern in this team, you will be responsible for driving consistency in our measurement practices and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments including Strategy, Programs, Commercials, Analytics, Data Science, and Sales Operations. Your role will involve leveraging modern measurement techniques to create scalable and comprehensive measurement playbooks that address and improve business challenges faced by the Global Business Solutions-North America organization. This internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience, allowing you to apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios while developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. The internship program runs for 12 weeks, starting in May/June 2025, and successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the specified start dates. This opportunity not only offers industry exposure but also includes a vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops to enhance your personal and professional growth. Responsibilities

  • Monitor ad campaign execution and performance, generate insights for content trends, ensure brand safety for ad campaigns.
  • Partner with BPMs and CSMs for RFP responses, campaign ideation, and campaign execution with sales & account leads.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on ad campaigns and campaign reporting to identify potential operational inefficiencies and/or test new workflows, best practices.
  • Compile post-campaign recap reports, deliver campaign insights and learnings, share with the client as well as the wider sales & cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with ad account creation, tagging, and operations.
