About the position

Our global headquarters are located in Los Angeles and Singapore, with additional offices in major cities around the world. The Ad Data Solutions team plays a crucial role in accelerating the growth of TikTok's Global Business Solutions-North America organization. This team focuses on leveraging precise data, prescriptive analytics, and predictive insights to enhance both revenue and efficiency. As a new intern, you will be instrumental in driving consistency across various products, commercials, and programs, ensuring that our activities are benchmarked holistically. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Strategy, Programs, Commercials, Analytics, Data Science, and Sales Operations to implement modern measurement techniques and develop scalable measurement playbooks that address the business challenges faced by the Global Business Solutions-North America organization. Internships at TikTok are designed to provide students with industry exposure and hands-on experience, allowing you to turn your ambitions into reality. This program runs for 12 weeks, starting in May/June 2025, and offers a vibrant mix of social events and development workshops to help you explore your potential career paths. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. We encourage candidates to apply early, as applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and you can apply to a maximum of two positions within TikTok and its affiliates globally.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ad campaign execution and performance, generate insights for content trends, ensure brand safety for ad campaigns.
  • Partner with BPMs and CSMs for RFP responses, campaign ideation, and campaign execution with sales & account leads.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on ad campaigns and campaign reporting to identify potential operational inefficiencies and/or test new workflows, best practices.
  • Compile post-campaign recap reports, deliver campaign insights and learnings, share with the client as well as the wider sales & cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with ad account creation, tagging, and operations.
