Our Sales Organization is seeking talented interns to support TikTok's monetization efforts across various functions. This high-growth team collaborates with brands of all sizes, empowering them to connect with their audiences through authentic TikTok content. By employing a consultative sales approach, we assist our clients in rethinking their marketing strategies. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable exposure and experience in multiple areas, including business prospecting, campaign ideation and creation, and ad insights and analysis, all at the forefront of digital marketing. Internships at TikTok are designed to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. You will have the chance to turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration opens up infinite opportunities at TikTok. The program aims to provide students with practical experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant mix of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025, with specific start dates available. Successful candidates must clearly state their availability in their resumes, as we will prioritize those who can commit to the specified start dates. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered in the order of application. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage early applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ad campaign execution and performance, generate insights on content trends, and ensure brand safety for ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with BPMs and CSMs on RFP responses, campaign ideation, and campaign execution with sales and account leads.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on ad campaigns and campaign reporting to identify potential operational inefficiencies and explore new workflows and best practices.
  • Compile post-campaign recap reports, deliver campaign insights and learnings, and share with the client as well as the wider sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with ad account creation, tagging, and operation.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude.
  • Enjoys developing solutions to increase day-to-day work efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to make a significant impact on the sales organization and the wider business.
  • Knowledge of and passion for digital marketing and sales operations.
