Responsibilities

  • Assisting in identifying and engaging potential customers through various sales channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to help inform sales strategies.
  • Helping to generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure data integrity and track sales progress.
  • Analyzing and interpreting sales data to provide actionable insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer experience strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a field related to the internship.
  • Minimum GPA requirement of a 3.0.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic project management or organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to new challenges.
