About the position

Hitachi Energy is offering a full-time, 12-week summer internship program designed for students pursuing degrees in Business, particularly those interested in Sales and Marketing. This internship provides a comprehensive learning experience where interns will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to both the organization and their professional development. Interns will have the opportunity to work in global teams, tackle real-world challenges, and build a diverse network while living the company's core values of safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week learning journey as a full-time, paid summer intern.
• Collect and analyze sales and marketing data to create detailed reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, analyzing competitor activities and providing recommendations.
• Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and preparing sales presentations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration.
• Work authorization to permit employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• Ability to work across cultures and effectively within a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
