About the position

As an Inside Sales Lead Development Representative at PaperThin Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales through effective lead development strategies. This position is designed for an experienced, web-centric professional who is results-oriented and eager to contribute to the growth of our innovative Web Content Management software. You will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for managing all aspects of the lead development process. Your primary focus will be to exceed lead development quotas while proactively engaging with decision-makers within target organizations. In this role, you will be expected to follow up on and qualify leads generated from various sources, including trade shows, marketing campaigns, and online inquiries. You will also deliver online product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our software solutions. Developing and maintaining an active sales pipeline of qualified prospects is essential, as is keeping accurate prospect and forecast information in Salesforce.com. Collaboration with sales executives and the marketing team will be key to strategizing on territory and campaign initiatives, ensuring that we effectively reach our target audience and convert leads into sales.

Requirements

  • 2 years in a lead development role for a Web based application software company
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding lead development goals
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Web development or Content Management is preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High-energy, well organized, team player
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • BA or BS degree
