About the position

The Sales Lead for Key Accounts in Commercial Title Insurance is a direct hire position based in New Jersey, primarily focused on sales within the title insurance sector. This role involves managing existing key accounts while also developing new business opportunities. The position requires a valid New Jersey Title Producer's License and entails a mix of remote, hybrid, and in-office work, with expectations to meet performance goals regardless of the work arrangement. The role is critical in delivering title clearing services and assurance to clients, leveraging corporate relationships and private investors to generate leads.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with existing key accounts and develop new business.
  • Solicit commercial and residential title insurance business from attorneys, real estate agents, new construction executives, and banking/lenders.
  • Leverage corporate relationships and private investors to identify potential leads.
  • Develop a book of business and manage workflow in delivering title clearing services.
  • Entertain key accounts as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is desired; JD is a plus.
  • A valid New Jersey Title Producer's License is required and cannot be waived or obtained prior to hire.
  • At least five (5) years working in title insurance is required.
  • Must possess the ability to sell title insurance and communicate effectively with attorneys and real estate stakeholders.
  • Must possess a valid New Jersey Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

Nice-to-haves

  • 10+ years of commercial title experience.
  • Experience as a Real-Estate Attorney licensed in New Jersey.
