About the position

The Sales Lead/Part-Time Manager at LOFT is responsible for providing exceptional client service and overseeing store operations in the absence of a manager. This role involves managing the client experience, driving revenue, and ensuring compliance with company practices while supporting the Store Manager and Co-Manager in operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client services and operate as the Manager on Duty in the absence of a manager.
• Perform operational and transactional functions, including handling client service issues and issuing approvals for desk transactions.
• Open and close the store, including managing cash registers and bank deposits.
• Support the business strategy and adjust to effectively reach goals.
• Drive revenue by managing the client experience and performing Manager On Duty responsibilities.
• Coach associates on client interactions and performance to maximize productivity.
• Utilize reports to make effective merchandising decisions and maintain store standards.
• Ensure optimal coverage and productivity in all areas of the store through appropriate scheduling.
• Complete daily tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets all company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum six months Sales Associate experience with ANN INC. or equivalent experience with another retailer.
• Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred.
• Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and techniques.
