About the position

The Sales Lead position at Faherty is a part-time role focused on leading a retail team to ensure the execution of company standards and directives. The role emphasizes creating an inclusive environment that embodies the brand's values while driving sales, managing operations, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The Sales Lead will also be responsible for motivating and inspiring team members, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create a store environment embodying core values of Spreading Good Vibes.
  • Process in-store sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Drive Guest Capture & Retention through personalized communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date client information and product feedback.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store events.
  • Analyze key business metrics to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Manage cash procedures including opening and closing registers and bank deposits.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team for monthly supply orders.
  • Support in Monthly Store Assessment and communicate successes to the Store Leader.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and register area.
  • Drive visual standards and support floor moves based on seasonal roll-outs.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to uphold and drive goals.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of leadership experience in a similar scope, preferably in high-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands.
  • Proven record of effectiveness and high performance in an internal role for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Omnichannel awareness to assist in providing a seamless customer experience between retail and ecommerce.
  • Adept with technology and apps, including Google Suites and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist a leadership team with coaching and development.
  • Proven track record of personal success in retail, consistently outpacing sales and performance goals.
  • Passionate about contributing to the brand with purpose.
