Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and mentor new team members in sales techniques.
  • Manage a territory and autonomously schedule client meetings.
  • Cultivate relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
  • Assess client needs and present customized insurance solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for client engagement and tracking.
  • Conduct training cycles for new hires, both in-person and online.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and schedule follow-ups.
  • Prospect new businesses and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales team manager to achieve sales targets.
  • Submit daily sales metrics and activity reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in customer-facing or outside sales roles.
  • Health & Life general lines license or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive training cycles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant specialized outside sales experience.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales.
