The Life Insurance Representative role involves expanding the agency's client base by identifying new customers' insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. The position emphasizes customer service, sales skills, and the ability to work with warm leads to help clients secure their financial futures through life insurance products. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work from home, making it ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals.
  • Grow customer base - your Book of Business.
  • Market our insurance products via warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business.
  • Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business.
  • Aid existing policyholders with additional options.
  • Encourage others to do the same by sharing experiences.
  • Ensure all clients electronically submit their applications successfully.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency navigating Technology.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • High school graduate or GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain it.
