About the position

JD Logistics is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in supply chain sales to enhance the sales of supply chain products in the American market. This position is pivotal in directing the e-commerce B2C sales activities while ensuring effective coordination with cross-functional departments within the business unit. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the activities necessary to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the region. This includes participating in overall e-commerce B2C services and processing, with a keen focus on improving fulfillment and operational excellence. The successful candidate will develop and optimize product models, closely monitor market dynamics, and funnel relevant information regarding customer and competitor developments. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage and participate in the development and scheduling of special projects, such as exhibitions, public relations events, and promotions. A strong business acumen is essential, as the role requires driving growth and directly impacting the creation of new solutions and services across JD Logistics' expanding footprint. Continuous feedback to management regarding both successes and challenges faced in the business will be a key responsibility, along with providing input to the development of strategic sales plans that align with the company's business strategy to enhance market share and achieve profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Direct e-commerce B2C sales activities for supply chain products.
  • Manage activities to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the region.
  • Participate in e-commerce B2C services and processing to improve fulfillment and operational excellence.
  • Develop and optimize product models based on market dynamics.
  • Monitor customer and competitor developments and funnel relevant information.
  • Manage and participate in special projects such as exhibitions and promotions.
  • Provide continuous feedback to management on business successes and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans to advance market share.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, sales, and/or supply chain industries.
  • Strong business sense of the internet and 3PL industry.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Successful experience in driving business and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • BA/BS degree required.
