About the position

The Sales Manager position at Health and Natural Beauty USA Corp is focused on driving the success of the company's direct-to-consumer and B2B sales channels. The role involves managing the sales business, particularly through e-commerce platforms, and developing strategies to enhance the company's market presence in the natural consumer products sector. The Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to build go-to-market strategies and refine execution towards sales and e-commerce vision, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Learn the intricacies of the natural CPG product market and the company's SKUs.
  • Drive revenue growth across all sales channels, including brokers and e-commerce.
  • Manage relationships with brokers and key retail and distributor accounts domestically and internationally.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.com channels.
  • Work and manage external vendors across all channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adequate inventory for sales and e-commerce goals and partner fulfillment.
  • Develop a sustainable long-term sales and operational strategy to drive growth.
  • Present monthly reports and analysis.
  • Oversee social media marketing and program development for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Experience executing and designing sales strategies across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and other major e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MailChimp, and Google Drive.
  • Graphics design skills to execute marketing materials and social media campaigns are a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Shopify website management.

Benefits

  • Full-time contract position with a salary range of $60,000 - $85,000 per year.
  • Day shift schedule, Monday to Friday.
