The Retail Sales Manager and Assistant Manager positions at our luxury women's boutiques in Las Vegas are designed for individuals passionate about fashion and customer service. These roles focus on leading a team to provide exceptional shopping experiences while driving sales and maintaining the boutique's glamorous aesthetic. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, inspire their teams, and engage with clients to create lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations with a client-centric mindset, ensuring every customer receives a royal shopping experience.
  • Drive store sales and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning, engagement, and reporting on sales trends.
  • Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, building rapport and offering styling advice with Paris luxe and Vegas flair.
  • Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure timely product launches and stock availability.
  • Maintain immaculate displays, ensuring the store reflects the boutique's glamorous aesthetic at all times.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, conducting regular performance evaluations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including sales performance and staff management.
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences to clients, ensuring exceptional service with every interaction.
  • Motivate the team to exceed sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Help maintain stock levels, execute merchandising plans, and keep the store organized and visually stunning.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven track record in retail sales with experience in managing or assisting in luxury or high-end retail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and create a loyal customer base.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
