About the position

James Duff Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team in the automotive aftermarket parts industry. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, increasing revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aftermarket parts sector and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Set, track, and exceed sales targets and KPIs using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to support sales initiatives.
• Assist in cash handling and warranty processing at the point of sale.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry or a similar field.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the Ford Bronco and off-road parts industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
