About the position

As the Sales Manager for the Commercial Mid-Market Account Management team at monday.com, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the team by providing expert sales knowledge and coaching. Your focus will be on developing the account management team, improving processes, and strategically leading the team to exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will be transparent, diverse, driven, and passionate about collaboration and development.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop the account management team by providing expert sales knowledge and coaching.
  • Push for process improvement within the team.
  • Strategically lead the team to exceed sales goals.
  • Coach Account Managers on account prioritization and self-sourcing qualified pipeline.
  • Mitigate risk across the portfolio and pipeline.
  • Implement and measure an outbound motion to identify whitespace across the customer portfolio.
  • Manage teams in a high-volume sales environment, selling to SMB and MM customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying).
  • Experience selling a suite of SaaS products to Executive level/practitioner stakeholders.
  • Proven track record renewing customers on multi-year agreements.
  • Strong handle coaching AMs on account prioritization and self-sourcing qualified pipeline.
  • Experience managing teams in a high volume sales motion.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
